| Common faults of household oxygen generator

I believe that people who have used household oxygen generators have more or less encountered some problems, such as the replacement of water in the humidification bottle of the oxygen generator, as well as the failure of the molecular sieve or compressor of the oxygen generator. Maybe many friends will be a little overwhelmed after encountering the failure. Next, I will introduce some common problems to you, hoping to help friends in need.

1. The oxygen at the oxygen outlet has a peculiar smell. There are two possibilities for this kind of failure: 1) if it is a newly used oxygen tube, it may be because the material used to make the oxygen tube, the peculiar smell sent out by silicone tube and ABS plastic tube, is a normal phenomenon. This smell is non-toxic and will naturally disappear after a period of time, so don’t worry. 2) If it is not a new oxygen suction pipe, it may be because the humidified water tank has not been cleaned or changed for a long time, resulting in peculiar smell in the water tank. Generally, it will be eliminated after cleaning the humidified water tank and oxygen suction pipe.

2. Water drops flow out of the oxygen outlet. There are also two possibilities for this kind of fault: 1) the humidification water tank is too full, exceeding the maximum water level, causing water droplets to enter the oxygen delivery pipe. As long as the water is poured out and does not exceed the maximum water level, the fault can be removed. 2) Yes, after long-term use of the oxygen generator, the water vapor in the gas flow condenses on the pipe wall. Just pour out the water in the humidification tank and fill it when there is no water emerging from the oxygen suction pipe. In this way, the fault can generally be solved.

3. After startup, the indicator light is normal, the sound is abnormal, and the oxygen generator cannot work normally. This kind of fault may be due to the high ambient temperature and the start of the self-protection program of the oil-free compressor in the oxygen generator. After the temperature drops, which is better? It will restart automatically. Don’t worry. If this is not the case, there may be compressor failure, separation valve failure, and the connecting pipe in the oxygen generator may fall off or break. At this time, turn off the power supply and contact professional maintenance personnel for maintenance

The above three major fault types are commonly used in household oxygen production. If you encounter problems, please refer to the solutions, which can generally be solved.
